Happy Birthday Dinner
Brian picked you up on his motorcycle (which you thought was so cool) then we went to IHOP.
You and Brian tossed straw wrappers at each other the whole time, giggling and teasing.
Then we got ice cream, and took G-MA the 4th of July bracelet you and Lily made her.
Thanks for being mine! Love you!

Crazy Bird....
I had so much fun at the park with you guys this past Sunday. Brian hit theball to Benson, Beth and I-and you and Lily climbed trees.
Then we decided to make a bird nest out of all the old mowed grass. It always fun to be creative with you.
You make me giggle!

My little artist
For your end of the year project, you chose to show your art.
You did such an awesome job, even though you were so nervous.
You are so talented. I can't wait to see what you can do with your artistic ability in the future

The Little Mermaid
Grandma Susan took us to a ballet. You loved it the most!
When I asked "What was your favorite?" you said "All of it."
And then of course, you loved the twist ice cream afterward.

Hike & CLIMB
It was fun going for a walk with you tonight, and talking about erosion and weathering
{what you are learning in school} We found examples of both.
Of course you found a tree to climb on our way down.
A girl after my own heart...

Edible Car Race- 3rd Place
THIS is the smile I LOVE SO MUCH!!!!
THE PLAN:
You decided to do your edible car out of rice crispy treats.
And you wanted a Truck!
You took it to school in a special box, to hide it from your competition.
After School you came running to the car with your award for 3rd place! You were so excited!
I am so lucky that I got to help you make your car and even though your wheels fell off you got 3rd!
WHOOOT WHOOT! Love ya!

You little Homemaker!
You begged for Easy Bake Oven stuff for Christmas...so I decided if you like to cook I best TEACH you how to cook the right way.
Easy Bake is NOT THE RIGHT WAY...it's fun, but tastes super ify! :O)
So at least once a week you ask to make something (mostly treats, a child after my own heart) so we have been spending more time learning about measuring, working the oven, and how to read a recipe. Your Brownies are my favorite so far!
Thank you for asking me to teach you and loving to learn. You are wonderful!

Determination
I love when I want to build, cook or create you are RIGHT by my side asking what you can do to help!
We spent hours building our sledding hill and adding touches here and there. You helped all the kids stay in line and helped Beth go down. Thank you for always helping me! For loving me and for always forgiving me when I get mad or yell at you. You make me want to be a better everything! :O)

You were SO excited when Grandma Susan made you a special pillow case with your name on it! And I LOVE the snowmen!
You loved spending time with Lucy and Kat when they came to town. You still LOVE to use your imagination and play with the younger kids, but I loved watching how much fun you had hanging out with the older girls!
YOU LOVED the Nutcracker! Grandma Susan took all us girls +Aunt Amy. It was fun. I had never been and it was wonderful to share in your excitement and joy of watching the play.
